This policy explains which contact details are collected, why they are used and how long they are retained.
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, surname, email address, phone number, selected service and message you choose to provide. We also receive basic technical data needed to prevent abuse, such as the time the form was opened and the request IP address.
We use submitted information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible project and protect the form from spam. We do not sell personal data.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by writing to contact@xanderform.com. Retention periods depend on the purpose of the enquiry and applicable legal obligations.
This site has no advertising or personalised marketing features and sets no marketing cookies. Analytics works in two separate layers. First, our own anonymous counter, which runs always, stays on our server, uses no cookies and no identifiers, and records only the page path, the language, the device type and the name of the event: it stores no IP address, no browser details and no contact form contents. Second, third-party counters (Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica), which are loaded only after your consent and collect the page URL, page title, language, site section and referral source. Neither layer ever receives the contents of the contact form: names, phone numbers, email addresses and message text are not sent to analytics. Declining consent does not switch off our own counter and does not limit any part of the website or the contact form.
We use local storage to remember your analytics choice and your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share data with advertising networks. Third-party services named in this policy set their own cookies and process data under their own policies.
